Dr. Kardestuncer received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City and his residency in Orthopedics at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He has completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Harvard University Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. He has studied and traveled widely attending universities in Turkey, Italy and China.

Dr. Kardestuncer was awarded Top Doctor by Connecticut Magazine.

Lisa Shea, PA-C

Lisa Shea, PA-C graduated from Bay Path College in 1994 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Psychology.  She received a Post Graduate Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Springfield College.

Lisa worked for fourteen (14) years as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant and also worked in the specialty fields of Plastic and General Surgery.

Lisa is an active member of the AAPA (American Association of Physician Assistants), the CT APA (Connecticut Association of Physician Assistants) and the Wilderness Medical Society.
