Full Time position for LPN, in our large Orthopedic Medical Practice.

Experience preferred.

Applicant must have excellent computer skills, work well in a fast paced environment, and have phone and customer service skills. Uses multiple computer programs to complete daily work.

Provides patient care and works directly with physicians. Utilizes phone skills to provide telephone triage in addition to in-office patient care.

This position is responsible for providing leadership, growth, and administration of clinical operations to ensure risk management, efficiency, and effective operations. Provides direct management of Patient Care Leads and clinical floor staff. Provides effective physician support through successful coordination and training of staff. Responsible for promoting and achieving optimal customer (patient) service and high-quality care. Assures compliance with state/federal laws, and excellent risk management is practiced.
