The Therapy Manager is responsible for the day to day leadership of the Physical Therapy department, including direct oversight of all PT, OT, and ATC staff.  He or she will manage growth and administration to ensure risk management, efficiency and effective operations.  Effective physician support through successful coordination and training of OT/PT/ATC staff will be essential.  Responsible for promoting and achieving optimal customer (patient/athlete) service and optimum quality care.  Working therapist assures compliance with state/federal laws, and excellent risk management.  Actively participates with corporate projects, goals and cost containment.  Position requires a high level of confidentiality, initiative. This leader will work to develop an efficient split of time between treating patients and leading the department and will report to the CEO.

  • DPT with active Connecticut license required
  • Prior Management & Customer Service experience required. Orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Strong EMR, PACS, MIPS, Excel and MS Word knowledge required
  • Strong ethical and moral character references
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet many deadlines independently

  • Actively markets orthopedic and therapy practice, & recruits therapists.
  • Develops policies to improve operating efficiency, & reviews these regularly. Assists staff in understanding/implementing new policies and procedures.

Full Time position for LPN, in our large Orthopedic Medical Practice.

Experience preferred.

Applicant must have excellent computer skills, work well in a fast paced environment, and have phone and customer service skills. Uses multiple computer programs to complete daily work.

Provides patient care and works directly with physicians. Utilizes phone skills to provide telephone triage in addition to in-office patient care.

Full Time Radiologic Technologist for our growing practice.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm in a fast paced Orthopedic office.

Our x-ray techs provide direct physician support while working on the floor with physicians, while also performing quality X-Ray exams and procedures.

General Job Description: Provides administrative support obtaining data and performing clerical functions such as data entry. Position requires a high level of confidentiality. Provides support to the CEO.

Essential Job Functions: 

1. Order and distribute monthly office supplies for both offices
2. Order and maintain stock of custom printed supplies
3. Maintain organized / clean office supply area in both offices
4. Create / post monthly bulletin
5. Creates new employee HR binders and name tags
6. Processes the incoming mail daily
7. Maintain physician google survey process
8. Provides administrative support to various areas of the organization as needed
9. Other projects/duties as assigned by CEO and Finance Director

Secondary Job Functions:

1. Coordinates CEO meetings that contain meals (lunch / dinner)
2. Coordinate any other staff / corporate / staff appreciation lunches / dinners as needed
3. Manage / maintain supply of new hire uniform gift cards
4. Manage / maintain coffee and related items for North Franklin office
5. Participate in deposit process weekly
6. Participate in coverage of billing line as needed
7. Participate in patient registrations as needed
8. Process interoffice mail coming from Niantic

Position Requirements:

1. High School Graduate (office experience preferred).
