Identify Goals

Depending on your unique lifestyle factors and movement needs, your therapist will help you break down the recovery journey into attainable milestones to reach your long-term movement goals.

Your therapist will customize your home exercise program, guide you through rehab exercises, administer pain-relieving therapies, and be your ultimate resource to track and support your progress.
