Dr. Wagner  graduated from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts, and later earned his Medical Degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Wagner then embarked on his medical journey by completing his Residency at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, which included a dedicated year of intensive spine research.

Dr. Wagner pursued a one-year Fellowship in Spinal Surgery at Brown University Hospital in Rhode Island. During this time, he had the privilege of training under the guidance of esteemed leaders in the field. Throughout his fellowship, Dr. Wagner gained invaluable expertise in treating a wide spectrum of spinal disorders, including degenerative conditions, deformities, and traumatic spinal injuries.

Dr. Wagner’s professional interests revolve around the surgical treatment of cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) disorders, in addition to his proficiency in general orthopedics. He is an active member of several medical and orthopedic professional societies, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of advancements in his field.

Marissa Tourville, PA-C

Marissa Tourville graduated from University of Hartford in 2018 with her Bachelors of Health Science. She continued on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant in 2021. In 2021 she became a Certified Physician Assistant after completing her national board exam and doing years of direct patient care and even did a specialized clinical elective in orthopedic surgery. She enjoys treating neck and back pain and spine injuries to get people back to exercise and activity and improve their quality of life. When not working, Marissa enjoys all things outdoors such as boating, fishing, going on jetski, hiking, and more. Marissa resides in South Eastern Connecticut with her husband.
